The financial experts have expressed an interesting opinion about the future of online gambling. According to Moody’s report, if the federal state isn’t willing to legalise online poker, there is a strong opportunity for individual states to do so, and generate revenue.
Poker Sites To Refund Players’ Money
As soon as the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office seized the websites and bank accounts of three of the world’s largest poker sites last Friday, players started to think they might never see their money back. PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker were quick to communicate to the players and by Saturday, they were sending reassuring message via email or Twitter to confirm that players’ balances were safe and that they would be able to withdraw any funds left on their poker account.

In a rather unexpected move, the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office have surprised online poker sites with a major crackdown and three of the biggest internet poker sites operating in the United States have been shut down.
No to Online Poker in Florida or Hawaii
While Nevada, New Jersey and the District of Columbia are making good progress towards regulating online gambling, Florida and Hawaii have just taken a step back and residents will have to wait to be able to play online poker.
